Our online store is hosted by Shopify.

2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

Orders may be produced and shipped through third-party fulfillment partners. Whenever possible, orders are fulfilled from a facility close to the delivery address.

Processing and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Weather, carrier delays, customs, high order volume, and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Free shipping and other delivery terms are governed by our Shipping Policy.

If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will communicate the delay and provide any options required by applicable law.

6. Refunds, Replacements, and Guarantees

Purchases are governed by our Refund, Replacement & Exchange Policy, including our:

• 30-Day Happiness Guarantee

• Lifetime Print Guarantee

• Replacement policy for damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items

Customers are not required to ship original items back to us.

The Lifetime Print Guarantee covers the printed decoration on the original garment if the print cracks, peels, or fades. It does not cover damage to the garment itself, including stains, tears, or accidental damage.

We may request an order number, description, and photographs when reviewing a claim.

If these Terms conflict with our Refund, Replacement & Exchange Policy regarding a refund, replacement, or guarantee, that policy will control.

7. Accounts and Privacy

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

Our website content—including our names, logos, artwork, designs, photographs, videos, text, and graphics—is owned by or licensed to Chicken Happy Hour LLC.

This includes content associated with Chicken Happy Hour and The Happy Hour Farm.

You may use the website for personal shopping purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or commercially use our content without written permission.

9. Reviews and Customer Content

We welcome honest customer feedback. Nothing in these Terms restricts your right to share an honest review or opinion.

Our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee, Lifetime Print Guarantee, and any mandatory consumer rights remain fully effective.

Except for those express guarantees and rights that cannot legally be excluded, the website is provided on an “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chicken Happy Hour LLC and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or our products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

You agree to hold Chicken Happy Hour LLC harmless from third-party claims resulting from your unlawful misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee and applicable federal law.

Nothing in this section removes consumer protections that cannot legally be waived in a customer’s place of residence.
